MY APPROACH

I love my job. It’s a blast meeting each couple, with their own unique stories to tell. Every wedding is different. And I love that.

I’ve been in the wedding industry for over two decades. And a wedding videographer since 2016.

I’ve invested in myself with training courses, keeping an eye on industry trends. And I’ve been mentored by the best to help perfect my own unique style.

An Awesome Day

Your wedding will obviously be the best day ever! But the experience of starring in your own wedding film will be just as great. I’m discreet and blend right in. Like you’ve got an extra one of your best mates with you. A ride or die who knows you deserve the best. Yet I’ll get all the footage I need to craft a wedding film to blow you away.

Storytelling

I use a cinematic style to draw the narrative of your day together. You won’t get a staid series of shots that would look more at home on a PowerPoint presentation. Instead, you’ll have a film that tells the story of your day. One that brings all the emotions flooding back, days, months, years, decades down the line.

After you’ve torn up the dance floor with your first dance, I’ll take all the footage away and cut it into something super-special. You’ll have a cinematic wedding film that tells your love story. One that you can’t wait to share.

How I Work

I can’t wait to get to know you and hear all about your big day. Here’s how we’ll work together:

Before the Big day

Drop me a line either by filling in my contact form or emailing me at mike@dropdfilms.co.uk
I’ll check my availability for your wedding date and get right back to you with the price and what’s included.
We’ll have another Zoom call in the weeks leading up to your big day to finalise arrangements.

On The Day

I’ll come to the venue, and you can leave it all to me from there!
I’ll blend in, capturing footage of you getting ready, first looks, the ceremony and reception.
I’ll also film your guests arriving and mingling as they wait. And I’ll be there right until after your first dance.

After the wedding

I’ll keep in touch with updates of when your films will be ready.
After a few weeks* you’ll receive your films via a digital viewing platform.

*Time frames may vary depending on the time of year.
